Can I keep my WhatsApp Business number?
Yes, if Meta considers it eligible for connecting the WhatsApp Business App to the platform. Guided setup lets you keep using the mobile app with the same number.
Do I need a new number?
No. Calensap connects existing WhatsApp Business App numbers. It does not register new numbers or directly connect personal WhatsApp accounts.
Do my customers need to register?
No. Your customers contact you on WhatsApp. Your Calensap account is for you to manage your business.
Do I enter my Meta or Google passwords here?
No. You sign in through Meta's and Google's authorization windows. Calensap does not ask for those passwords or require you to copy API credentials.
When can I activate the assistant?
After verifying your email, subscribing, connecting your accounts and saving your services and hours. The dashboard checks readiness before allowing activation.
